Pat Mazorol focuses his law practice on estate planning, trusts, charitable planning, and non-profit organizations. After several years in private law practice, he spent most of his career in the trust and wealth management industry, leading a local market trust presence for a national bank and serving as CEO for Securian Trust Company, serving the interests of financial advisors nationally.

Pat was engaged as a consultant for the Prince Rogers Nelson Estate and has served as an expert witness in several litigated trust administration matters. His interest in non-profit organizations and board governance follows from his broad board governance experience. He has served on the boards of several national, regional and local organizations and consults with church governing boards throughout the country regarding governance and senior leadership transition. Pat is a former member of the Minnesota House of Representatives where he served as Vice-chair of the House Judiciary Policy and Finance Committee.

Pat is a longtime resident of Bloomington, Minnesota. He and Barbara have been married for over forty years and have two grown daughters and nine grandchildren. Other than visits with grandchildren, he enjoys reading, movies of all genres, and golf.
