Dan is one of the newest members of Veritage Law Group having started in March, 2022. He brings with him many years of sales, client-forward, and regulatory experience.
Dan earned his undergraduate degree in economics from Connecticut College and after graduating, worked in mortgage sales where he gained extensive knowledge in real estate, finance, legal/title, and marketing. After many successful years in real estate, Dan attended law school and earned his law degree from Widener University Delaware Law School. While there, he attended classes at night and clerked full-time during the day for a plaintiffs’ class action litigation firm in downtown Philadelphia.
Those years of clerking during the day and attending classes at night provided him the great opportunity of being able to apply law school lessons into real world legal practice. Upon graduation, he moved from Philadelphia to Minneapolis where he became a member of the Minnesota Bar.
Prior to joining Veritage Law Group, Dan was an in-house attorney for an insurance holdings company in Minneapolis, gaining knowledge and experience in the life insurance and life settlement regulatory worlds, as well as in securities sales and regulations.
Dan lives in Edina with his wife and three children. In his free time he likes to golf, fish, and spend as much time as possible on the water up at the family cabin.
